How did you get started in the web hosting field?
What is your current role at InMotion Hosting? What do you like most about it?
My current role is a Customer Success Supervisor. I like being able to help improve the company, the employee workflow, and the customer experience.
One of the reasons I enjoy my job is the constant variety it offers. Each day presents a unique set of experiences as I work with different people and departments. I also have the opportunity to learn new things continually.
In your opinion, what does it take to take to make the customer happy?
It’s important to listen to your customers and make them feel like they matter.
What’s one tool that you think is most helpful for our customers?
AMP, because it gives the customer quick access to their web hosting.
What’s your favorite thing about InMotion Hosting?
What is the coolest gadget you own, want to own, or have read about?
Smart Home Appliances, most of my house is connected to Google.
What would you like to tell us about yourself?
If I can get from T1 through APS to a Supervisor position, anyone can do it. You just need to set goals, put in the work, and remain teachable.
